This research is empirical research with a qualitative approach, which involves collecting data through the observation of Israeli military social media accounts, specifically TikTok accounts (@idf, @israelgirlsmilitary, @noakirel, @shiraharif) and Instagram accounts (@anafa_abukasis_, @yaelderii). Then, identifying the legal aspects through literature review, based on books, journals, articles, and/or theses that support the objectives of this research. The deductive data analysis method used in this research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding.
The results showed that in the conditions of brutal aggression and systemic colonization carried out by Israel against Palestine, silence or neutrality is even more dangerous. Therefore, based on the shar’i arguments about jihad, irhab, and amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, and while maintaining the intention, general Islamic ethics, sharia limits, and right on target, Julid Fi Sabilillah can be a strategic tool to defend the truth, arouse people’s awareness, and put psychological pressure on the enemies of Islam.
