Perspective Of Human Rights On The Prohibition Of Symbols, Attributes, And Termination Of Fpi Activites (Analysis Of The Edict Of The Head Of Indonesian Police No.Mak/1/I/2021)
The research in this thesis aims to discuss the concept of freedom of association and express opinions on Human Rights against the prohibition of activities, the use of symbols and attributes, and the termination of FPI activities. Edict of the Head of the Indonesian Police No. Mak/1/I/2021. Speaking of Human Rights is a set of rights inherent in the essence and existence of man as a creature of God Almighty. His gift must be respected, upheld, and protected by the rule of law, government, and everyone for the honor and protection of human dignity.
The type of research used in this study is normative legal research. Normative legal research is legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The research approach is a conceptual legislation approach (Statue Approach Conceptual). This approach is carried out by reviewing all laws and regulations related to the legal issue being handled, namely the discussion of Human Rights in the Edict of the Head of the Indonesian Police on the Prohibition of FPI’s Activities.
The results of this study are related to the concept of freedom of rights in the the Edict of the Head of the Indonesian Police No. Mak/1/I/2021 concerning the Prohibition of FPI Activities, which gives birth to the Limitation Clause, whether this includes limiting a person's right to do something or not by referring to Human Rights Principles.
